Refund & Returns Policy

At Collectible Gem, we want every collector to feel confident when purchasing cards or using our grading submission services. Below you’ll find our refund and return guidelines.
1. Trading Card Purchases
- All sales are final for trading cards unless the item you receive is significantly not as described (e.g., wrong card, wrong condition).
- We do not guarantee grading results or future card values. Collectible Gem sells cards as is unless otherwise noted.
- If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
2. Grading Submission Services
- Submission Fees are Non-Refundable once your cards are shipped to a grading company (PSA, BGS, SGC, AGS, etc.).
- If you cancel before shipment, we may issue a refund minus processing fees.
- Collectible Gem is not responsible for grading outcomes, turnaround times, or subjective decisions made by third-party grading companies.
- If a card is lost or damaged while in our possession before shipment, we will refund your grading fee and work with you on next steps.
3. Marketplace & Escrow Transactions (if applicable)
- When using our escrow services, funds are only released to the seller once the buyer confirms receipt.
- Buyers must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
- If a dispute arises, Collectible Gem will act as a neutral mediator. Our decision is final.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- We cannot refund to alternative accounts or payment providers.
5. Return Instructions
To request a return or refund:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and issue details.
- Include photos (if applicable).
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened packs, boxes, or mystery products.
- Digital goods (subscriptions, downloadable content).
- Cards submitted for grading once shipped to the grading company.
